Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions describe the rules and conditions for using the services of R.O. Watches and for purchasing our products.

In these terms and conditions, the following terms are used:

• R.O. Watches: the organisation that designs, manufactures and sells luxury watches.
• Customer: the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with R.O. Watches.
• Agreement: the purchase agreement between the Customer and R.O. Watches.
• Product: the watch or accessory sold by R.O. Watches.

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements and deliveries of R.O. Watches. Deviating terms from the Customer are not accepted unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• All offers from R.O. Watches are non-binding and subject to availability.
• Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Price changes may be made at any time without prior notice.
• Any shipping costs are calculated separately and clearly stated during the ordering process.

• An agreement is formed by completing and submitting the order form on the website fully and truthfully.
• R.O. Watches reserves the right to refuse an order in case of insufficient stock or for other reasons.
• The Customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail after placing the order.

• Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.
• R.O. Watches accepts payments by bank transfer, credit card or other digital payment methods.
• Full payment must be completed before delivery takes place.
• In case of late payment, R.O. Watches is entitled to suspend delivery or dissolve the agreement.

• Delivery takes place at the address provided by the Customer.
• Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on location and availability.
• R.O. Watches aims to deliver orders within 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
• Any delays do not entitle the Customer to compensation, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

• The Customer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is at the Customer’s expense, unless there is a defect in the product.
• Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the purchase amount is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

• R.O. Watches watches are supplied with a factory warranty according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
• The warranty applies only with normal use and maintenance.
• The warranty is void in case of damage due to careless use, accidents or unauthorised repairs.
• Warranty repairs are carried out by authorised service partners.

• R.O. Watches is only liable for damage in cases of intent or gross negligence.
• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
• R.O. Watches is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.

• R.O. Watches respects the Customer’s privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
• For more information about privacy, please refer to our privacy policy.
• Personal data is used for order processing, customer service and marketing purposes.

• All rights to the R.O. Watches brand, logos, designs and content belong to R.O. Watches.
• It is not permitted to use these rights without written permission.

• R.O. Watches reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
• Changes are announced via the website and take effect 30 days after announcement.
• Existing agreements remain subject to the terms that applied at the time the agreement was concluded.

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
