Work at R.O. Watches

We are looking for a passionate craftsperson with an eye for perfection. In our atelier in Heerlen you work on unique, handmade watches. You combine traditional craft with our innovative techniques such as the patented Shock-System®. Experience in precision mechanics or goldsmithing is required, but we are happy to teach you the specific R.O. Watches techniques. Do you have the calm, precision and love for the craft?

R.O. Watches is growing and we are looking for someone who can take our story to the world. You understand “Engaged Luxury” and know how to position an exclusive brand. From online campaigns to exclusive client events: you help build the community around our space-tested watches. You are creative, commercial and have an affinity with Dutch Design and technology.

Are you a creative talent who loves making content? During this internship you are fully part of our team. You help with social media, photography and organising events. You learn everything about luxury goods marketing and storytelling. A unique chance to gain experience at an innovative watch brand.
